Jordan Weil co-founded Inspired Assisted Living with a clear vision: to create a better standard of care for seniors built on compassion, trust, and personal connection. His inspiration came from a deeply personal place—after witnessing his 99-year-old grandfather receive substandard care in a large facility, Jordan committed to building a home where older adults could truly thrive.
With a background in community service and global medical missions, Jordan brings a heart-forward approach to leadership. He is actively involved in the daily operations of both homes, from caregiver support and resident engagement to hosting family events and ensuring each detail reflects the highest standards of care. Jordan’s hands-on dedication and unwavering focus on dignity and connection are at the heart of what makes Inspired feel like home.
